A VIP Hotel Driver is responsible for providing high quality, professional transportation services to hotel guests, particularly VIP clients, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and luxurious travel experience. This role demands excellent driving skills, in-depth knowledge of local routes, and a strong focus on hospitality and discretion.

Duties:

• Pick up and drop off VIP guests from airports, hotels, and other destinations in a timely and courteous manner.
• Provide a premium and personalized driving experience, ensuring comfort and satisfaction for VIP clients.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented, and fully serviced vehicle at all times.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide information about the hotel or local area upon request.
• Coordinate with hotel concierge and guest relations teams to manage transportation schedules efficiently.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and discretion regarding guest information.
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety standards, and hotel policies.
• Monitor weather and traffic conditions to plan the safest and quickest routes.

What skills are needed:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or chauffeur services.
• Excellent knowledge of local and regional roads, airports, and tourist attractions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills (English or Dutch proficiency preferred).
• Professional appearance, grooming, and demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected changes in schedule.
• Basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.
• Punctuality, discretion, and attention to detail.

What is the package?

• Average Range: 2,800 to 3,500 (Net) per month.
• High-End 5-Star Hotels: 4,000 to 5,500 (Net) per month, sometimes including overtime pay, tips, and additional benefits such as free meals or accommodation allowance.
