Job Details

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to ensure reliable IT service operations across the organization. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, install and configure systems, and deliver technical support to users or clients. This role supports both day-to-day IT infrastructure and escalated technical cases, ideal for professionals with strong communication and technical diagnostics skills.

Duties:

• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues with hardware, software, networks, printers, and peripherals via phone, email, or in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, systems, and network devices.
• Monitor system performance, apply updates and patches, conduct routine maintenance/builds.
• Manage IT assets and documentation, log support tickets, track resolutions, and prepare user guides or FAQs.
• Support end?user onboarding, account setups, device provisioning, and occasional user training.
• Escalate complex cases to higher support tiers and collaborate with third-line support or specialized teams.

What skills are needed:

• Proficient in diagnosing hardware/software/network issues.
• Experience with OS installation, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and asset tracking.
• Good understanding of common office software, network protocols, and cybersecurity basics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Team player with problem-solving attitude and willingness to escalate when needed.

What is the package?

• Hourly rate: 30 Euros per Hour
• Monthly Net salary: 3,600 to 5,600/month
• Additionally, Accommodation, Healthcare Insurance and Company Transport will be provided
