Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This role is perfect for recent graduates or candidates with basic accounting knowledge looking to grow their career in finance.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Duties:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Record and process daily financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment processing.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Help with tax filing and compliance tasks as required.
- Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and accurate accounting files and records.
- Assist senior accountants with audits and other financial projects.
What skills are needed:
- Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
- Bookkeeping and data entry skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, SAP).
- Ability to prepare and analyze basic financial reports.
- Understanding of tax regulations and compliance basics.

What is the package?
- Monthly Salary in the range of 3,300 to 4,500 Euros after tax deduction depending on your experience and the outcome of the interview discussion. An increment and performance-based bonus will be provided after six months. Additionally, accommodation, healthcare insurance, and transport facilities will be covered for the entire 2-year contract period.
